You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page by clicking "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation is immediate — you will not be charged again. However, you retain full access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation your account converts to an expired state. Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe.
If you purchased an Annual Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund: email [email protected] with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.
Monthly subscriptions are billed month-to-month and are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. We do not issue partial-month refunds.
The 7-day free trial requires no payment information and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. No charge is made unless you actively choose to upgrade.
If a payment fails, your account moves to "Past Due" status and Stripe will retry the charge automatically. After 3 failed attempts your subscription is placed "On Hold." You can update your payment method via the Account page or by contacting support.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended platform outages, billing errors). Contact support to discuss your situation.
