Short version: We collect only what's needed to run the service. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking details.
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it except as described below.
The GEX AI Assistant sends your questions to Anthropic's Claude API. Conversation history is stored only in your browser's memory and is lost when you close the window. We do not log or store AI conversation content on our servers. Anthropic may process queries per their Privacy Policy.
We use only essential cookies: a session token (HTTP-only, expires 30 days) and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed for essential-only cookies.
Active account data is retained while your account exists. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 7 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance (Stripe handles this).

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS for all connections, bcrypt password hashing, HTTP-only session cookies, and server-side API key storage. The platform runs on secured infrastructure.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
